Henry Chaula is the founder and Lead Counsel who has been with the firm since its establishment in 2004. He is a graduate of law from the University of Dar es Salaam majoring in Corporate & Commercial, Employment & Labour laws. He has also attended short courses on Mediation, Negotiation and Advocacy skills. He has accomplished his professional career as an advocate with Corporate & Commercial Law, Conveyance, Employment & Labour and Banking & Financial Law as his specialties.
On Conveyance, Mr. Chaula is among a few advocates in the country who have knowledge and proven experience in this field, particularly on security and securities documentation as well as enforcement of recovery.
He also possess experience on incorporation of companies, procurement of certificates of compliance for foreign companies wishing to establish branches in Tanzania, procurement of Certificates of Incentive from Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), processing the registration of trade and service marks, procurement of work and resident permits, assisting clients in procuring mining license and advising in all aspects related to minerals exploration and Mining Law and other Corporate Law matters. He also represents clients in courts successfully.
